Mother's Day

 The students in 4A made baskets and handbags for Mother’s Day.
“When I found out we were learning to sew, I was a bit scared,” said Dylan, “but I was determined to give it a go.”

 Congratulations to the fantastic effort put in by the fundraising committee last Thursday and Friday.  The children were very excited to be able to purchase a beautiful gift for their mother for Mother’s Day.
 Thank you to everyone who donated gifts for the stall.  Without your generosity these events would not be possible.  A special thank you to Sue, Katherine and Anne.
 A total of $1150 was raised.  Well done everyone!
